Excelerate works on Excel for Windows (Microsoft 365), Excel for Mac (2016 onwards, Microsoft 365), Excel on the Web, and Excel on iPad. It's a modern Excel add-in. It works everywhere Excel runs.

During routine tool use, yes. Excelerate runs entirely inside Excel. Workbook data, formulas, and cell content are not sent to any server when you run tools. The one exception is if you choose to upload a template, brand file, or workbook through the Excelerate portal; that file is uploaded to our servers and parsed server-side to extract metadata. We use product analytics to improve reliability, but workbook content is never included in the data we collect. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes, at any time. You can cancel via Paddle’s buyer portal at paddle.net or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. First, make sure you have the latest version of the add-in (it updates automatically via AppSource). Try closing and reopening the Task Pane. Check whether the sheet is protected: some tools require an unprotected sheet. If the issue persists, send us a message below with the tool name, what you expected, and what happened instead.
