Reporting a bug

Help us fix it faster. Include the following when you get in touch:

  • Which tool you were using
  • Your Excel version (File > Account > About Excel)
  • Your operating system (Windows / Mac / Web / iPad)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Any error messages shown in the Task Pane

Never include workbook files or screenshots containing sensitive data.
